Jenny’s true passion is to inspire people / companies to think beyond what they’re currently doing and empower them to act on that inspiration. As a transformational business leader and certified Futurist, Jenny is in charge of driving innovation, excellence and growth for MacKenzie Corporation and empowering their key clients across industries to achieve their goals. Jenny began her career at HSBC doing marketing for automotive finance and then transitioned to Home Depot in their marketing department coming into the family business. After working her way up the ranks, Jenny is now Co-President / Owner of MacKenzie Corporation where she is responsible for directing all sales and marketing efforts for the company, including business development, partnerships, marketing strategy and communications planning, aimed at driving new growth and assuring client retention. She also leads the technology / strategy team in the development of forward-thinking opportunities to collect customer insights and drive community . A self-proclaimed lifelong learner, she maintains a ceaseless curiosity for learning and understanding everything I can about what’s new and next. In her spare time, she is passionate about growing the next generation of leaders. She is on the board of Team Kids, the board of Leadership Tomorrow, a Mentor through Chapman University and an active member of the Center for Family Business at Cal State Fullerton. And most importantly she is a wife and mom of two girls & future G3 leaders.
