Cathy Holuk works closely with families developing and implementing strategies to support family readiness for wealth transition and future roles within and beyond the family enterprise. She guides families through the challenges of succession planning, governance, change management, and leadership development to ensure a resilient, sustainable family enterprise that thrives across multiple generations. Prior to joining Relative Solutions, Cathy provided strategic consultation and coaching to leaders in small, medium-size, and global businesses, as well as with start-up and non-profit organizations. She also was Director of Organizational Effectiveness for a single-family office working with a large, multi-generational family to create strategies and governance structures to strengthen family relationships, developing effective shareholders and persons of wealth. Cathy holds both undergraduate and Master of Public Administration degrees from Carleton University. She completed the Certified Coaching Program with the International Coach Academy (ICA) and obtained Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level credentialing from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds a certificate for Vital Smarts’ Crucial Conversations training and is certified with 21/64 as an Intergenerational Philanthropy Advisor.
